When my husband passed suddenly due to complications from diabetes, I was shattered. Fear, anxiety, PTSD, and a complete loss of direction consumed me. I felt stuck in a reality I never asked for, unsure how to move forward.

But I knew I had a choice: stay lost in the pain or honor myself by stepping into healing. So, I did the work. I picked up the pieces—not all at once, but one at a time. And in that process, I found something unexpected: transformation.

My healing journey led me through deep personal growth, profound love, expansion, and ultimately, a calling. I answered the nudge to turn my pain into purpose, becoming a Certified Master Life Coach to help others navigate their own greatest challenges.
